Idle battles. More loot. Lasting growth. Dark Ruins is a dark fantasy game built around idle combat, loot-driven builds and long-term progression. Heroes attack and cast skills automatically, while potions trigger on cooldown. Set up your party and builds, then let your heroes keep fighting and gathering loot. Let rewards accumulate, then return to make your party stronger. Check new equipment, adjust affixes and skills, invest in permanent talents and challenge higher regions and waves. The reward pool supports automatic merging. Offline rewards are based on your progression, bringing back a portion of your earnings for your next round of upgrades. #### Collect genes. Raise your heroes. Collect monster genes to raise heroes with different growth patterns and traits. Combine class abilities with additional skills, assemble your party and give each hero a role in battle. #### Build around gear, relics and affixes Find higher-quality equipment with random affixes of different tiers, then shape your build with the special abilities of relics and Mythic affixes. Experiment with counterattacks, poison, shields and summons to discover combinations that work together. ...
