Behind every response lie three hidden variables — Trust, Faith, and Hostility — tracked separately for each nation. Push too hard and you trigger a war. Go too soft and your own side loses faith in you. Who you'll meet Temple priests who trade in prophecy, not politics Generals whose patience runs shorter than their fuse Merchants who see every conflict as an opportunity Civilians caught between loyalties they didn't choose Multiple endings, earned not triggered There are no good or bad choices — only consequences.
