You wake beside the Heart of Light with nothing but your bare hands. Gather, craft, research and automate — and push the living dark back, one light at a time. Build a factory in the sky From a handful of driftwood to a roaring works that climbs storey on storey. Lay conveyor belts and lift them up on trestles, send goods up and down with item lifts and ramps, and let inserter arms feed presses, smelters, gear cutters and assemblers day and night. Windmills and waterwheels drive your clockwork; aether condensers bottle the gas that is lighter than air. 70 buildings, 92 items and more than 70 recipes Belts on two levels, ramps, item lifts, splitters, filters, tunnels and signals Blueprints: copy a whole production line and paste it anywhere 33 discoveries across eight eras — from the Hearth to Clockwork, Aether and Skyfaring Push back the Gloom The Gloom is a violet, living dark — and out of the Heart's light the cold creeps into your bones.
