Story
CATS, FISH, AND SUSPICION Among Paws is a cozy 4–8 player social deduction party game where sneaky cats steal fish at night, accuse each other in the morning, and race to become the first 5 kg champion. Every night, one or more cats wake up with a secret plan: steal the fish without getting caught. Steal the fish carefully. The other cats may be sleeping, but every suspicious move can come back to haunt you in the morning. HOW IT PLAYS When morning comes, everyone gathers around the table to discuss, bluff, defend, and accuse. Choose carefully. Accuse the real thief, and the innocent cats share the fish. Accuse the wrong cat, and the thief enjoys the feast. Discuss in the morning Innocent cats search for clues while thieves bluff their way out. Vote for the suspect The table decides which cat looks the most suspicious. STEAL, BLUFF, ACCUSE Steal the fish at night Sneaky cats make their move while the others sleep. Bluff your way out If you are the thief, stay calm, act innocent, and convince everyone to blame another cat.
