Armies Are Easy to Raise. A True General Is Hard to Recognize. The fire at Red Cliffs has torn history apart, and past and future now overlap. The heroes of the age return to the chaos under aliases, their names forgotten, yet their martial skill and brilliance remain undimmed. Guan Yu, whose name once shook the realm, may already be serving under your banner. Who can hold a province? Who can break the enemy line? Only by putting them to work will you find out. Entrust them with recruiting and training troops, pit them against one another in city competitions, and let their performance reveal where each one excels. Put the right people in charge of cities and armies. As their...
