The sun crystal is fading. An endless winter is creeping over the surface, and only the World's Heart can light the sun crystal again. The Heart lies 200 levels below. Gather a clan of dwarves, pick up your pickaxe and start digging. Heart of the Deep is an incremental game with a goal and a real ending. Click to strike the rock, hire dwarves who dig on their own, and get a little deeper with every expedition. Dig Eight biomes, 200 levels: turf and clay, grey mines, crystal grottos, fungal caverns, ancient ruins, the frozen abyss, magma depths and, at the bottom, the World's Heart. Guardians: every fifth level a guardian blocks the way, and you have 30 seconds to break it. A great guardian waits at the end of each biome. Grow the clan 12 clan members , each with a name and a trade: from Brom the Apprentice to a stone golem, the Mountain Spirit and the Core Avatar. Every 25 levels a dwarf reaches a milestone and their damage multiplies. Your own pickaxe gets upgraded alongside the clan. The Forge: 24 upgrades that unlock as you go deeper. 3 abilities (War Cry, Gold Rush, Dynamite) and 4 consumables for when you need them. 7 relics bought with gems. Relics stay with...
