Check each vehicle’s license plate, visitor name, and registration period. Only open the barrier for vehicles that meet the entry requirements. Carefully compare the guest list with the CCTV footage to control access to the parking lot. Each shift brings different vehicles and unpredictable situations. During quiet moments, you can also enjoy the mini-games available around the hotel. Respond to Guest Complaints Listen to the guests’ requests and take the necessary action to handle each situation professionally.
