About This Game Morgenrot is a city-building, economic, and strategy simulation set in a living island world. Build your own settlement, manage complex production chains, supply your population, discover new islands, and protect your trade routes from pirates and other dangers. Start on your main island and develop a small settlement into a functioning economy. Build roads, houses, production buildings, warehouses, and infrastructure. Make sure raw materials are processed, goods are transported, and your inhabitants are reliably supplied with food, clothing, and other essential resources. Build Your Own Settlement Plan roads and buildings freely and adapt your town to the natural landscape of the island. Many buildings can be upgraded, improving production, storage capacity, transport efficiency, or their area of influence. Workers can be assigned to important businesses through priorities. Production limits, workforce settings, and stock targets help you keep control of your economy as your population grows. A successful settlement depends on more than production alone.
