Welcome to Organomancer You are not here to save lives. You are here to make a profit. Organomancer is a dark management sim and tycoon game where organs are your currency. Operating in the grim, clock-powered shadows of Victorian Arkwright, you will trade on the organ market, upgrade your underground lab, and manage a network of desperate contacts. Just keep the cops off your back. One bad deal, a missed payment, or a police raid is all it takes to ruin your empire. Key Features The Organ Market & Inventory Your inventory is your lifeline. Buy hearts, livers, kidneys, and brains with varying rarity and condition levels from the central market. But remember that flesh rots. Organs lose value every hour they sit in your stash.
