Story
Scramshaw puts you in the Travelling Shoes of a treasure hunter. Armed with a pile of dubious maps and a 6 x 6 grid of letters, find words to travel along the path and dig up that loot. With a massive pool of pirates, charms, boons, and tools to discover, no two expeditions are the same. Each pirate you encounter brings new challenge and new opportunities. Can you adapt on the fly to keep the run going? Can you keep it going upside down? The maps keep getting longer and the Perils keep piling up, but why risk certain doom when you can park yourself on a nice Picnic Spot instead? Add a range of bonuses to your path to make navigating it a little bit easier and a lot more profitable. Turn your dubious treasures into tangible boosts. Each map you complete unlocks tools based on the score earned. When life gives you a Crate of Lemons, make a Spyglass somehow. Find 13 treasures in a Destination to Loot it and unlock its Boon, which gives a permanent boost to all expeditions. Crank up that confetti slider and make your way through all 10 Destinations, each with unique modifiers to challenge you.
