Siege Kitchen
Launches 9 October 2026 · PC · Indie, Simulation, Strategy

Keep a besieged castle alive, one meal at a time. Cook with dwindling supplies, tend the fire, and ration each batch between soldiers, civilians, and the wounded. Your kitchen must last thirty days. Not everyone can have a full bowl.
Story
The walls are holding. The pantry will not last forever. You are the castle cook during a thirty-day siege. Each morning, choose what you can afford to make. Prepare ingredients, watch the heat, and turn the remaining supplies into meals. Then walk to the serving table and face the people who need them. Cook with what remains Pick recipes from your stores of grain, vegetables, meat, and herbs. A better meal can help the castle recover, but it costs supplies you may need tomorrow. Cooking quality changes what your batch can do. Decide who eats Soldiers keep the defenses standing. Civilians need hope. The wounded need care. Serve the people at your table and weigh the effect on Defense, Morale, and Health. When the bowls run out, someone goes hungry. Keep the kitchen going Move between the pantry, preparation table, hearth, and serving counter. Return to the same working kitchen as the siege puts more pressure on your supplies and your decisions. Hold out for thirty days Respond to demands and shortages as the campaign advances. Keep the fortress alive until relief arrives—or see the consequences when its defenses, morale, or health fail.
