Your enemies are your weapons. Usurper puts a fresh spin on incremental space shooters. Take control of enemy ships and their firepower, grow stronger through combat and research, master new forms, and use your enemies' power against them. Ultimately, seize the Sovereign's power.
Story
Usurper is an incremental space shooter built around taking control of your enemies. Seize enemy ships, command their firepower, and turn their weapons to your advantage. Collect alloy in battle, research technology, and combine unit abilities as you grow strong enough to take on new sectors and bosses. Seize Enemy Ships. Build Your Fleet. Keep a target within capture range to gradually take control of it. Ships that once hunted you turn blue and join the fleet orbiting around you. Let Gunners keep firing, Wardens intercept projectiles, and Carriers launch attack craft. Build your own fleet from the enemy's ranks. Keep Their Support or Unleash Their Abilities? Controlled units can stay in formation to support you, or be activated to unleash their individual abilities. Launch a Dart, sweep through nearby enemies, charge your way out of danger, or drop bombs on a target. Activation consumes a unit or one of its remaining uses.
