Homegrown: Sports Agent Empire is a competitive roguelike sports agency management sim. You run the agency, not the team: every run is a twenty-season career played in weekly decisions, and every career ends the same way, with the Retirement Package, a full interactive review of your run, before your final Power Score posts itself to a global monthly leaderboard. SIGN : Draft classes declare every season across basketball, football, baseball and hockey. Every recruiting pitch costs cash and shows its odds up front. Badges separate the phenoms from the cautionary tales: Diamond in the Rough, Veteran Presence, Champion. NEGOTIATE : Real cap mechanics per league: soft caps and aprons, hard caps, luxury tax, franchise tags, holdouts, team patience meters and performance clauses. Beat the market and your reputation moves. Get greedy and the GM stops returning calls. BUILD AND RUN: Commission buys office upgrades, lifestyle tiers and recruiting reach.
