Mono Chameleon is an online hide-and-seek game for 2 to 10 players, drawn in four dithered shades of olive and cream. Hiders sample colors from walls and floors with an eyedropper and paint their own bodies with brushes, down to the thin mortar lines between bricks, to blend into the scenery. Seekers search in first person with no radar, relying on their eyes, a five-shot catch-gun and a whistle that sounds late in each round. The game has five modes (Normal, Infection, Double, Tag and Prop Hunt), and bots fill empty slots.

In a full room, guests rotate out after 1, 2 or 3 matches (the host stays), and viewers waiting with the room code get in automatically. "Swap out" frees a seat without kicking anyone, so that player can come back with the code - The audience votes on who'll survive to the end, and mid-match on which...
