A roguelite told in plain words. Each seed is a road, and each hero who walks it leaves their mark: the thing they took stays taken, the village they saved holds a feast for the next stranger, their cairn holds their sword, and the guardian they fought is still wounded. The road remembers.

Then as ◆◆◆◆, in search of the same, and may succeed. Then as ◆◆◆◆, in search of the same, to find it was already taken. The road and its people remember every one. There is a verse about the ◆◆◆◆. There is a verse about ◆◆◆◆ the ferryman, and it is not the version ◆◆◆◆ tells. There is a new verse, kinder than what happened, with your name in it, nearly right. There are no pictures, except those you make yourself. (This is a text-only game.) There is no time pressure, though your actions shape the future. (This game is turn-based, and "choices matter".) Victory may be found through blood, kindness, wit, or coin. (This is a role-playing game with many skills and ways to win.) If you cannot see the words, they may be read to you. (This game was built with screen-readers in mind.)
