You awaken in a dark labyrinth. Your only clues are the wo rds"Wooden Box" and fragments of writing scrawled in blood. Without even knowing who you are, you make your way toward the deepest part of the labyrinth. What awaits you there—an end, or something else? About This Game Vida: Unslain is a dungeon RPG that combines a unique card-based battle system, where pieces move across spaces, with simple dungeon exploration based on choosing where to go next. The layout of the labyrinth and the "items" you find change with each playthrough. Play a card, and your piece moves In battle, both you and your enemy are represented by pieces placed on a row of spaces. When you play a card, your piece moves according to that card's cost, changing your position and when you will be able to act next. Do you attack now? Move into position before your opponent? Place a card on the field and prepare for what comes next? The basic rules are simple, but every card you play changes the situation and creates a new decision.
