Story
Chestnut's Idle Farm is a pixel-art desktop idle management game. Grow vegetables, plant trees, and go fishing with Chestnut the cat. Take your harvest to market, then cook up a few dishes for the little animals stopping by for a meal. Keep the farm in a corner of your desktop while you work or study, and check in during a break to see what's ready to harvest—and whether Chestnut has secretly fallen asleep. Go about your day—Chestnut has plans of his own. When there's work to do, he'll help tend the fields; when things are quiet, he'll curl up for a nap. Focus on your own tasks, then check on the farm and top up supplies when you have a moment. Let this little farm keep you company as you build it up at your own pace. From a tiny sprout beneath the soil to acres of fields and a bountiful harvest, you've already come a long way. Now it's time to explore life on your very own farm. Buy plots, choose seeds, grow different vegetables and grains, and plant a few fruit trees nearby. Tend your crops yourself, or let Chestnut help with watering and harvesting. As your farming level rises, you can unlock automatic sowing so he can take on a little more of the fieldwork. Try new crops...
