The throne is yours now The Yellow River has burst its banks; three provinces are under water. The frontier army is three months unpaid, and its commander is still outside your tent waiting for one word. The censor's memorial has just landed on your desk — accusing the one man you trust. You can only sign one of them today. The other two will not go away. They will come back next month, as your new problems.
