Story
Spread your fire. Block your friends. Become King of the Isle. Fire Isle is a turn-based strategy party game for 1–4 players inspired by the popular board game Blokus®. You play as a fire burning across an island. King Mongo launches pieces of himself, called Wisps, all around the island. Each turn, burn the tiles next to your fires to spread toward the latest Wisp. Burn a Wisp's tile first and it's yours. The fire with the most Wisps is crowned king. If you've played the board game Blokus, you get the idea: grow out from your own pieces, take the space your rivals need and leave them nowhere to go. Only here, nobody waits for a turn. Everyone races for the same tiles at the same time. Every match is a free-for-all. Burn the cheap route your friend was counting on. Hide a trap on the tile they need next. Cut them off with a wall of Snow. Steal your friend's fire and sneak into the tiles they've been selfishly hoarding. Your friend spent three turns spreading toward one? Snatch it with seconds left on the clock. Claim more of King Mongo's Wisps than your fiery brethren to be crowned his successor, the next King of Fire Isle. Happy , Sad , Angry or Grumpy is just your look....
