No Scope CEO puts you in the founder's chair of an FPS esports team. You recruit the players, develop their strategies and run the whole organization. But once the round starts, you're not the one holding the mouse. Your players are far more than a few stat lines. How they answer you, what they are chasing and how they hold up under pressure matter just as much as their aim.
