Story
Parasite is a first-person multiplayer social deduction game set in a mysterious mansion with a retro, "PlayStation-inspired aesthetic". Among the witnesses hides a parasite determined to eliminate them. Watch how others behave, share your suspicions, and decide who to trust. A familiar face is no guarantee of safety: the creature can hide inside another player, waiting for the right moment to take control. As a Witness , explore the mansion and collect parts to craft improvised weapons and detection equipment. Stay close to your companions, investigate suspicious behavior, and help the group survive. The Detective carries a weapon and must decide when to act. Listen to the other players and choose your target carefully—a convincing accusation does not always point to the real threat. The Researcher has a detector and extractor to investigate possible infections and force the parasite out of its host. Testing takes time, and the results can be misleading.
