Story
An ancient game of strategy meets the uncertainty of the quantum world. Quantum Go takes the timeless rules of Go and introduces an entirely new strategic dimension: quantum mechanics . Alongside traditional stones, players can make quantum moves that allow a stone to exist across multiple possible positions. As the board develops, quantum measurements can collapse these possibilities into reality, transforming the position and forcing both players to adapt their strategies. Behind the scenes, Quantum Go uses QutritLabs, a ternary quantum computing simulation library , to simulate the quantum mechanics that power superposition and measurement within the game. Quantum states are represented and processed using quantum circuits, with measurement determining how a stone's superposition collapses onto the board. Build territory. Surround your opponent. Protect your groups. But remember: in Quantum Go, what appears to be on the board isn't necessarily what will still be there after the next measurement.
