Story

The year is 2000. Officers Tim Rieff and Kim Hansbury are dispatched to the remote Redwood Estate after contact is lost with two fellow officers. What begins as a routine welfare check quickly turns into something far more disturbing. Inside the estate, silence hides the truth. To locate their missing colleagues and uncover what happened to the residents and staff, Tim must explore the manor and its surroundings, search for survivors, and face the growing threat hidden within its walls. Explore, investigate, and survive in a tense, top-down horror experience inspired by classic survival horror games. With scarce resources, dangerous enemies, and puzzles standing between you and the truth, every decision can make the difference between life and death. Gameplay

Demo Version 1.8 is now live Demo Version 1.8 The modern controls are finally here, dear survivors! This update introduces our first version of the Modern Look-at Control Scheme, along with several area improvements and bug fixes. This is a big step for us, and we're excited to finally put it in your hands. New Features Modern Controls Added a new Modern Look-at Control Scheme, which can now be selected from the In-Game Menu or when starting a new game. The Modern Control Scheme features a smooth cursor-based look system, allowing for more fluid aiming and movement throughout the Redwood Estate. This is our first implementation of the modern controls, and we'd love to hear your feedback! Let us know how the controls feel and whether any settings could use some tweaking. We're also investigating the possibility of adding strafing to the Modern Control Scheme in a future update, which could help compensate for the lack of a quick-turn mechanic. Area Improvements Added distinct door sprites for Gold Key doors to make them easier to identify. Removed a light in the small garden area of the Dog Park to improve visibility and maneuverability. Updated the locations of several clowns in the demo build. Bug Fixes Fixed incorrect transparency on decals in the Coat Room.
